    Yes you are correct on the first part. Can't say 100% that you will pass a test but I don't see why you wouldn't.

    I'm having the same codes on my 2007 5.4. Does not look like I have any pre cats on it either. Now I'm not sure if it's a bad cat or bad 02 sensors. How many o2 sensors do you have on the truck? 2?4?. I cleared the codes and the same ones came back with the check engine light.

    i have 4 O2 sensors on my truck, as well as pre cats. you can take your truck to a shop to get your o2 sensors and cats tested. I cleared the code and have not had it come back yet so I have not done anything.
