I'm just gonna end up running a CAI and muffler. I'm going with a super 40 single in/dual out. With two 2.5" straight pipes. And jet does make a programmer on jegs.com

From what I've heard that Jet module is worth the bucks, I just never felt like dropping the cash on it.

Well you should look into like a si/do super 40 set up, sounds mean and clean plus gives hp, also a cold air intake, throttle body spacer, e fan and such also help. Gears by far will make a world of difference (one of the things im saving for, but it will still smoke rubber easily with stock gears) and also ive read that edge will make custom tunes for our 4.2, there just wasnt a big enough demand on the market to put it in a package like they do for the 4.6 and 5.4.
