Plasti Dipped My Wheels

    If u didn't have the white letters out it would make it look alot better, but it still looks good I think. How did you prep the wheels before you sprayed it?

    yeah I wish the white letters were in but oh well, I'll turn em around later. but all I did was clean the wheels and tape off the tires. you don't need to scuff up the rims, just clean them off

    I think i'm going to give this a shot. Do the local auto stores carry it? never noticed it anywhere but i've never heard of it til now.

    Homedepot or Lowes carries it

    Damn, was hoping the auto stores had it. Now I gotta drive 30min just to go to Home Depot ha

    looks good, what is plasti dip, is it that stuff you dip tool handles into?

    Yes but its in a spray paint can.. Its like a rubber coating that can be peeled off later

    It does look good. But the front bumper color kills it all imo. Just isnt helping the flow of color at all

    Since you have the plastic on the wheels, couldn't u spray it with a gloss black spray paint?

    i like it!!!

    get u some flat black spray paint and paint the white letters , itll blend good :peace:
