powder coating

    not good its not going on smooth but im not giving up just gonna try some different ways and better powder

    how much did the set up run you? it seems like somethin cool to get into

    i got less than a hundred. its a cheap setup but its what i want to learn on and eventually expand. i want to keep at this and learn as a side hobby.

    its really easy and i found an old oven to bake in just trying to work with my horns is not easy cause they have a rough texture

    dont you need to sandblast before your coat?

    its bare metal just has a rough texture to the metal. i did learn from the guys at real train horns that it takes several coats

    who knows...my dads buddy does it at his fab shop..i wanna go up there and check it out one day
