Problems!! :/

So I got the p0401 code. Ive already cleaned my IAC, egr ports, and tb. I cleatred the codes and it came back. I also have a rough idle and my truck has a small loss of power. What could be wrong?

ive had that problem before to, but after 2 or 3 times of deleteing it, it went away

 

Haha my idle is kinda noticible and my truck has weak spots in it like from a 15 to 1800 it may fall on its face then jump up and go after a couple of seconds. I think I may need to seafoam it.

i seafoamed mine a few times before and it never smoked, i guess she's runnin clean

but id change plugs

 

yeah when's the last time the plugs were changed?

 

I've noticed this with my truck as well, but don't know what to do either? Where should I be putting the seafoam other then the gastank?

 

seafoam through a vacuum line. then let sit. enjoy the smoke show then change plugs.

Check all wires coils n plugs, clean the maf sensor, and check the o2's.

the code is p0401 which is insufficient egr flow.. will seafoam help and where do i put it?????
