there are TONS of those make shift shops around here. if you do come up this way, take the Hardy. You'll see a lot of the industry that is up here that is hidden if you take 45. Then it doesnt pick back up until you make it north of the Woods into Conroe. You could always fab up some leaf springs for the rear.

Hinge the rear frame of the cart, from the seat back.
Then put a couple used coil over shocks mounted horizontal
front to back like a F-1 car.

We wana hinge the rear kind of like a swing arm on a dirt bike.

Got the seat mounted up. 1046x better than an old road sign

I'm not sure how a swing arm will work being that the belt/chain would have to be able to expand to allow the bounce or else the engine needs to move w/ the entire assembly. But then again I don't know go karts that well.

He should be fine. The way that chains setup shouldn't be a problem if you cut the frame in front of the motor.

Yeah we'd have to move the axle back since the sprocket is directly on top of the drive gear. It'd be alot of work. Idk if we'll go that route

How about springs under the seat like on a riding lawn mower?

Another rear option would be live axle.
I know ya don't want to spend for an IRS.

The way my son's Stingray go cart is set up the 6.5hp motor is set
in front of the gear sprocket. IDK why it wouldn't work
if the clutch is rear of the wheel gear sprocket.
