    do it man! me and a friend made a custom mesh grille for his focus. we picked up this metal mesh material at lowes and some support bar for the basic shape: (cellphone pics)

    that's the cheap way if you don't wana fork out $200 for a grille. it was about $12 lol

    I know exactly what he is talking about. Its called gutter guard and its cheap! Ive used it for grilles before.

    but since your grille is 3x larger than a focus you'll need more support bar

    a tig welder would come in handy, i tried tacking the mesh to the support bar with a mig and it burned through even on low amps lol
