Looks sweet. i may end up going that rout instead... although i think swapping the tailgate would add a little more "cool". i guess it depends on what opportunities are presented me. Thank you for the replies though, yall are awesome people!

you can always get a gate that doesnt have the step. get the look and not the high price tag. though painting isnt the cheapest its well worth it

its just alot easier with a lifted truck, especially if your constanly loading stuff in and out of it.

At 28, ive been in for ten years, had a knee surgury, hernia surgery, and am recovering from shoulder surgery currently. The Army ages us a little faster than most. Not that im complaining though, I love my career... i get paid to shoot stuff, wich is obviously awesome. but the biggest reason is...

And you hit the nail on the head here, I use it ALL the time. Its probably loaded more than its not loaded. If im not helping one of my bro's move, im getting furniture or stuff for my kids, or im doing my favorite past time... FISHING. In tampa that requires a bit of gear. I go out with no less than two rods, a 5 gallon bait bucket, at least one large tackle box, a colapsable net, and a cooler big enough to hold a 25" red drum and a couple of specled trout of around the same size... plus whatever my buddies are bringing for themselves. its pretty amazing how full a SD can get with just two dudes gear.:waytogo:
