raced a chevy

i raced my exact same truck(5.4l scab fx4) and we were neck in neck of course till i hit 3rd gear. im guessing he wasn't programmed

I've walked a 6.0 silverado ss..from a 30 punch he never could catch up lol

Only real race I've had recently was a Tundra, and I was behind him with the light went green. Held it pretty much even all the way up to 70 when we hit the next light. But he turned off.... Made me want to install my e-fans and get some LTHs that much more lol

and chevys. Ain't nothing but a bunch of weakass rustbuckets. The only non-ford I'd look at for a dd would be a 6-speed standard cummins. or even better would be a F250 Fummins

yea, 5.3 are faster most of the time, but it has nothing to do with the 5.3's , they are lighter trucks, they aint made as solid as a ford, thats why they are faster, cause they are lighter

 

I'm really disgusted you even know what they need.

 

The only Chevy I would own is a 88-97 rc/sb 1500 and a late 60s camaro
