Just got home from my deployment in Afghanistan, and the driver's side brake lines rusted through and need re-placing. Looks like it's wet near the fuel tank....does the tank need to be dropped to replace the lines? Is there a "how to" in this fourm for braker lines?

I don't think that there is a write up yet. Do the lines go underneath the fuel tank? Some pics would really help

NO, you can leave the tank on. I've done this twice, but never a write up. Just get under their, follow ur rear line. Im pretty sure is feeds thru the frame, so you will have to feel/look around to be sure. Its a pain, but nothing impossible. I've done brakes on my two trucks from left to right, back to front. Its kinda annoying, since i can do it in my sleep.
