Pull all the interior around the rear window, then unbolt the window so you can remove it.

i was wrong its only broke in 2 spots.

can i buy the surround new or do i have to get it from a salvage yard? so you have to unbolt the rear window completely to remove it? so it would be easyest if i just wait to change it when i change my rear window too?

I'm not entirely sure. I know the window is sealed into the cab but not sure if just te surround will come out. I do know that it's bolted in tho.

If you plan on replacing your rear window anyways...save your self time by waiting. Because yes you do have to unbolt it to completely remove it.
