Could be a loose ground to the back of the instrument cluster. Do the lights come on in the dash/instrument cluster? Galaxy S4 Cetane Powered Android

Put some dielectric grease at each fuse to distribution box contact point. Corrosion between the fuse and brass holders on the distribution block, Dissimilar metals causes it, the grease will stop oxidation. Parts stores have it with the silicone gasket makers, or ask for a tiny package of "bulb grease". Galaxy S4 Cetane Powered Android

So I was finally getting tired of my crappy, bare bones interior. The seat was saggy and grease stained, no carpet, bad. So I made a trip downtown to pick n pull and grabbed a seat, carpet, and a few odds and ends for $43. Found an Eddie Bauer to salvage from and now I'm living the life of luxury.
