    id be afraid of people kicking their doors into your door and denting the **** out of the doors without them plastic moldings there.

    Yea but I thought it through an chances are if that happened itd be a car, and with the truck being at that height 90% of car doors hit below the molding line anyways. Figured what the heck why not. Besides I usually park as far away from people as possible haha

    The clean look is in.

    That's my feelings, the side molding vs
    the parking lot door slammers.
    I could park on the moon,
    come back and someone is parked
    right next to me.

    looks a million times better! I have found with a lifted truck, most little car doors dont even come close to that door strip...their door would hit just above the rocker on my truck.
