Tried this on the forum but no one answered so far...

Can anyone tell me how to remove a front bumper? Specifically the 99+ 2WD.
How many bolts, where, size socket etc.

    Thanks.

I believe its 4 bolts not sure on the size tho. You should be able to see them if you look up behind the bumper. Hope this helps a little

dont forget to hit them with a little penatrating oil before you start...it'll make it easier and less likely to round off or strip one...

4 bolts 18-19mm (cant remember exactly) lube em up a little with some Pb blaster like batman said. A torque wrench makes taking them off a lot easier. you can do it by yourself by letting the bumper fall onto your legs but its kinda awkward. have a second person standing in front holding the bumper up while you unbolt it. will need two people for sure when re-installing it to make sure its aligned right. dont do it like i did, i didnt have anyone help me and i kept having to get up from under the truck to see if the bumper was level.
