rock sliders

welp just called the local supplier, they want $100 for a 24' section of 2" square and $90 for a 24' section of 1 3/4" .120 DOM, this is getting exspensive

 

ah do that! that is sexy right there, w/ amber/red lights already in place

 

thought i recognized those sliders and that chevy

 

have you tried the metal scrapyards? it might be a long shot

N-fab style steps but tell the girls you did it to help them get in bwahahaha as soon as I'm done with mine I will do a how to thread

 

^^those would be the cheaper, i dont need the full blown slider but some extra protection would be nice and i could use DOM to do the whole thing and save some cash

idk who makes them or if they are custom, i just pulled the pic off of google images

 

i'm going to make some also, i'm going off my bosses dodge that he trail rides with and he used 2"x4" pipe for the sliders 2x2 for the supports and like a 5/16" plate bolted to the frame.
i'm going the same but i'm using 1/4" instead.
