Both of those will cause your engine to run rough. The sparkplugs are on top of the cylinders...?

Not sure on the o2 sensor, you should be able to find a part number online. trace your wires from the coil packs, youll see the rubber boot go deep deep into the cylinder head. youll need a ratchet extension and and universal socket joint will help too. carefull with the boots, on an older truck they could break off over the plugs and make it a pain to get out. Took me and Denny (some of you know him from f150forum) a good 5 hours to get his done on his 97 4.6. the the tips of the wire boots broke because they were rotted and wouldnt let the socket go all the way.

You need to find out which oxygen sensors are bad. if it's the rear ones, don't worry about those. They will not make the truck run like crap. Its a spark issue because it set a cel. Fuel problems wouldn't set the cel. You just need a good tune up.

Ya, I bought plugs and wires today, gonna try to swap em out tonight/tomorrow morning. The guy at advanced wasn't really a help, he just told me my o2s were throwing a code, not which ones though :Grenade:

Well got her fixed!! I did the best I could, put in 4 new plugs and got 6 new wires in. Cylinders 3 and 4 were almost impossible for me to get at, so i didn't put plugs or wires there. Then cylinders 7 and 8, I think the bolt heads were stripped because the socket wouldn't grab the plugs and loosen them, but i did get new wires on. I'll upload some pics of the old plugs, they were pretty bad, especially the number 2 which was the misfire.
