Throwing lean codes on bank 1 and 2. I replaced the fuel filter yesterday and dint fix anything, also replaced the fuel pressure regulator a few weeks ago. I dont believe its a bad vacuum line because there is no hissing, couldnt find anything with carb and choke cleaner and when I first start the truck it cranks and cranks then will start on 2 few cylinders then run fine (starts better when warm) Anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like dirty or clogged or misfiring injectors

first thought that comes to my mind would be air getting into the system since both bank 1 and 2 are lean, either more air in or not enough fuel in. seems like you covered both.

    ^^^^^

could have some dirty fuel, try some fuel injector cleaner and see if it fixes the problem.

how does the truck run when you give it gas? at idle?

if you have had bad spark plugs but still running, and got some bad fuel, that will crap out the spark plugs. fixing things is easy when general maintenance is kept up. eliminates the need for troubleshooting since you would be eliminating the new parts just replaced.

i'd start w/ plugs. it will cost you about $25 and about 1hr time. run a 1/4 of 93octance through it and you'll be amazed what happens. you done yet? :jester:
