Alright guys, my buddy talked me into trying this stuff. Its a new full synthetic oil I'm trying out and its called Schaeffer's. A shop here in town swears by it and its supposed to be better than royal purple. Makes the engine run quieter and perform more efficient. I spent $181 on 7 quarts of motor oil and 6 quarts of diff fluid. Its supposed to lubricate better than anything on the market and improve gas mileage like crazy with motor oil, diffs, and trannh fluid. I'm doing my first oil change today and after the third oil change with this stuff its supposed to be fully in the system... and they will test your oil for free to see how long you can go in between oil changes. People have been able to go up to 10k miles between oil changes and it still comes out greenish yellow. Ill keep you guys updated!!!

Yes, it looks cheap but it wasn't :jester:

I thought RP was expensive at $9/qt, fugg $14/qt! Hopefully it works out for you. I"m doing 7500mi changes with RP and an oil analysis and no problems.

Sign me up for a 4 gallon oil change! As the wife and I have been saying with all this hospital crap, just put it on my tab.
