Should be the same vac hose out the brake booster. I did it on my screw when I had it and our escape. Got some smoke out of the escape, but none out of my screw Sent from my iThingy using Tapatalk
1/3 pint into a warmed engine and let sit 5 minutes as per directions Seafoamin' The 2001 Ranger XLT 3.0 Flex‏ - YouTube
did you mjake sure your engine was warmd up? it wont make any smoke if your engine is cold. another thing, remember to plug the vaccum line back in when your finished pouring seafoam in. i forgot to do this with my dads Excursion, i didnt get any smoke ( might not have warmed the truck up enough though) i did get a **** ton of black soot all over the drive way. everytime i do my truck i pour it in right after i get home from picking it up so it gets like 10 minutes of heating. i get a huge cloud everytime.
na i warmed it up for like 2 hours worth of running errands haha. maybe it was just clean. oh and for everyone that dont wanna deal with vac hoses. i saw seafoam spray in O Reilleys today. put the straw facing ur butterfly valve in the intake and put the intake back on and spray it on valves via air intake. i really thought about buyin a can but it was 11 bucks
its a pain in the ass lol. i bought one. good thing is i didnt use the whole can but i didnt see the results i saw from using the normal can. you have to stand holding the can upside down with the straw going into your TB for like 5 minutes, while pulling on the trottle line to open and close the TB to keep up a good rpm so that it mixes when it enters. PAIN IN THE ASS
1 can in the gas. None in the oil cause it makes yer oil burn more. And 1/2 can in the vac hose. Sent from my bad ass phone
