Cuz in the front....in theory should be 5.5" of lift, then going up from 29" to 33" tires lol. But suspension wise i guess its about even with the 4X4's
I can measure for you, but i'm leveled up front too. If you would like. A 4x4 shock for the front should do you fine all around im thinking. I've been told Ranchos are good, i'm currently running Bilsteins, and they feel great. Fox's are gonna be stupid expensive
^ Yea, Fox's are pricey. But to really upgrade any, i know regardless i'll have to fork over some $$$$$ So....in the front, i can get shocks made for a stock Ford 4X4 on these brands? In the rear though, i've got a 4" block, still dunno what to do about that either.
I'm thinking so for the front. If you're fitting a 33" tire, should be the same length shock for a 4x4, since you have no BL. In the rear, idk since thats technically 2" higher then the 4x4's since they have 2" blocks factory. But i dont see a major problem with a regular shock. Dont take my words on all this, just what im throwing out there.
Yea i'm with ya. Thats why i'm always asking these questions lol, when i got my truck i knew NOTHING about it. So this is how i gotta learn haha
I love Fox shocks. I have them all around: 2.5 coilover remote resi's up front with 2.0 emulsion remote resi's in the rear. My truck is heavier than most beacuse of the bumpers and other mods. But I just got my truck back from the dealership and the tech said my truck rides smoother than the stock trucks he test drives. These shocks are a beast and well worth the money. Unfortunately like others have stated, Fox products are pricey. Yes you pay for the quality but also for the name. Fox is working on a contrcat with the military to equip some of the desert vehicles with better shocks... definitely a solid company!
