A 7/8 hole fits the rubber that comes on the bulb I saw a utube vid of how to do it but I didn't know if the kcs would be the same. Pepboys have the pilot brand which are the exact same as hella 500's for $30 I was thinking of getting some so the cost is easy on the wallet. Sent from my iFord f150
Yeah, defintly get a cheap pair to practice on. I just drilled a small hole first, and worked my way up until the bulb just barely fit. Your headlights count as a white light...so do your fog lights...
