Don't go CST if you want a true LT, it's more of a mid travel. Much better ways to do it right the first time with companies like Camburg, H&M, etc
prerunners are cool, but they would be useless around here. go for it jesse, down there in tejas it would work well
well it all depends on what company you go with. companies have different designs of drop down brackets. i hattte procomp lifts because the drop bracket goes completely straight across so you actually have less clearance than a leveling kit. companies like rough country do it right by making a bracket that follows the curves of the cross member. i already have my lift planned out. 6" rough country, take out the ugly 6" spacer and replace it with a bilstein 6" strut and throw my 2" level on top making 8 inches and getting 37's Procomps design: rough country:
^then lets do it! we can both be fabricators and build it all ourselves! only thing is for that kind of stuff that would be a play rig and maybe a DD but it wont be able to tow much or haul much gear....but I would like to have a bed cage that can still have space to haul stuff and some weight till I can make it my play rig and get it all caged and everything!
