well just spent some more time and money on it, took the bench out and removed the carpet for an extensive cleaning, thought i solved my leak issue, put silicon around the rear window and bought new door seals, got it all back together and my f*ckin carpet is soaked again,

so the only thing left is the windshield, and the only way to do that is with a brand new one, nobody will pull the old and re-glue it, it appeared to leak before, so i tore everything apart and found nothing and it never showed a visible leak again and still doesnt, headliner is dry and inside of windsheild is dry

Do you have any cab vents that could be letting moisture in? I know the 04-08s have some behind the seat that sometimes leak.

no, its in the front under the drivers feet, only thing i can figure now is the top of the windshield is leaking because the spot that i thought was leaking before lines up directly with the wet spot on the floor, its driving me nuts now, got the carpet all cleaned up and put brand new padding in and now i'm right back where i started

That sucks. Follow a semi down some gravel roads for a couple miles and then get a new windsheild through insurance :jester:

except for the fact, whether good or bad, but even with $250 deductible, the cost of a windshield wont even cover that, i think last time i looked it was like $180 and they'd come to the house and do it
