Has anyone had good luck with Stealth Bulbs (Stealth Auto). Specifically, their customer service?

They have chrome blinker bulbs which blink orange. I put a pair in my front blinkers and a week later one burned out. Then pulling the bulb out it just shattered in my fingertips.

I used the online "contact us" part of their website but have got no reply. I will call them as soon as I can find the time to do so, (if they even have a phone#) but until then I was just wondering if anyone has experience with these bulbs/company. They are supposedly lifetime guaranteed.

Anyway, so far I have nothing good to say about them, apart from they look nice.

Well after contacting Stealth Auto rather than Stealth Bulbs (ordered from Stealth Bulbs), I did receive a reply today.

    Hello Ty,

We are so sorry to hear about the defective bulb you have received. If you could take a picture of the broken bulb, and indicate which replacement bulb you need, we will definitely send you a new bulb ASAP.

    Thank you

So I am happy to report that they will be sending me a new bulb, although they were difficult to get a reply from. I don't even have to pay to ship the bad bulb back, like I was expecting I would have to.

Just thought I would share that they never did keep their promise of sending me a bulb. All I can say about this company is avoid them at all costs.
