    very true, i have no catts or mufflers now and i do not feel any difference from when i had catts and flowmasters

    its just a tubular muffler that has barely any baffles in it. with the x pipe it sounds great, but im about to cut the rear cats off and we shall see how it sounds then

    A muffler is just that..a muffler. Serves no purpose other than sound. Changing different types can yield different results but as long as you keep the cats on you wont lose effective back pressure. Most loss of backpressure is when you cut off cats and shorten exhaust pipe and no muffler. Sound will be obnoxious without x-pipe or h-pipe
