also check the alternator conections and ground. a condensor is old school. Its used for cutting outs frequencing to clear up the radio ( its used for other things too but for your purposes this is the use) . My mustang has a couple in it. Modern radio all come with them built in but its an easy way to test if the one in your radio has failed. ( its like a $5 part). id try everything else first though, this is just me thinking out loud
I was thinking something to do with the alternator, Fords were notorious for "whine" in the audio back in the late 1990's, our boss had us install choke filters on all Ford vans at the chassis upfitter.
I finally swung by the local audio shop today (the one who's name is on my rear side windows, although they have a new name now). They took a look and said that grounding it under a seat bolt was a bad ground. And that having a bad ground for so long could have damaged my deck. Sent from my Milestone X using Tapatalk
yup sounds right, probably damaged the built in filter/ condensor in the radio which is why your getting the super charger now
