happened on my 06 it was the fuel pump, easier to take off the bed of the truck rather than drop the tank IMO Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 2

Been talkin to my Dad and me and him are both confused as to why a dieing pump could cause hard starts, but it runs just fine going down the road? Im confused how a fuel filter could cause that too, but you guys are the experts

If the fuel filter is clogged the pump has to work harder to move the fuel through the filter. And a pump that has to work harder doesn't last as long.
