Modeled it with the T/S of the D2 Copper coil and cabin gain of our trucks. If you tuned at 36, you'd have a huge peak at 35. 38 Hz would have a big peak at 37 Hz. I would tune lower, towards 31 or 32, if you wanted 2 cubes and a flatter response for better SQ. If your T/S are a bit different, let me know and I'll model it up again
model these specs, i cant remember if it was copper or aluminum coil too. this is for aluminum coil 12" D2: RE: 3.72 ohms Fs: 37.54 Hz Qes: 0.409 Qms: 6.82 Qts: 0.386 Le: 2.8 mH Vas: 23.95 L BL: 24.07 NA Cms: 66.43 uM/N Mms: 270.43 g Sens: 86.74 dB 1w/1m
sub is a 1500 watt rms sub conservatively. I have a sax1200d on order which jacob clamped at 1200 watts after box rise (around 2 ohms final load is what it was clamped at) on 12.8v. so im guessing 1400-1500 area. I really dont know what im setting my lpf too yet.
