no i am not. i always look my local CL for things for my F150, this is just something that came up from someone posting. I can happily take a look at it for anyone that is interested, paypal me, i'll get it and mail to whomever.
you could also contact the seller directly, informing him that you are out of state, but have a friend local that would handle all shipping and pick up from them. that way you can ask him whatever you need to know, and then i'd be your middle man.

totally. i would jump on it myself, since it said it can be used on the 4.6 or 5.4, but its for the 97-03 range and i dont want to chance it. thought someone might have some extra x-mas cash they wanna drop and had to pass it along to you guys...
