Ok, someone correct me if i'm wrong but if were glassing two plate together your gonna wanna lay down your resin across the two mounting plates. then connect the two with a fiberglass cloth and put resin back over it. Continue all the way around the two plates and wait for them to dry. Repeat maybe 4 or 5 times. Check to see if it's strong then sand it down smooth and paint.

3M is sold at lowes and get one thing of resin and one of the matte first then go back if you need more. and since you have structure for the mirrors then you dont need fleece to help support and give strength.

you will also need to do body filler or if you just go to an auto paint store then get kitty hair for after the glass itself (has glass stands in it) and then youll need a finishing glaze. look in my console thread tomorrow since ill be starting the glaze phase tomorrow

read my other post but since your doing two pieces together then you want to sand them very good and start adding resin and matte and saturate it and then repeat but you should do all around it to add strength and in the case of the mirror plates id just cover the entire surface to give it a uniform look

What do you need body filler for? To form the shape?
