Nope, not painted yet. Hoping to start tearing it apart on Sunday. It depends on my buddy getting his truck done.

Thats the thing tho man, Ive never done anything more than pads. I just replaced the rotors around 198k miles. They were stock. The reason the caliper locked up was one of the pistons had a chunk missing from it and the other piston was cracked. I put a rebuilt ford caliper back on it.

Truck is getting painted daytona blue and tuxedo black.

I've never had any problems with brakes on my truck. I'm still running the factory rotors matter of fact. All I ever do is replace the pads clean up the calipers and grease the pins etc. I've never had to turn my rotors honestly. Maybe I've been lucky...

Ive always done pads and had the rotors turned. This is the first problem I have ever had with the brakes. I ran the factory rotors to 198k. I went to have them turned and they were below spec so i bought new ones.

I figured since I was nearing 85K I would replace em. That's why I'm looking into the crossdrilled or slotted rotors here in the next couple of months.
