My tailgate hinge point on the driver side has a very noticeable snap when I close it. There is a plastic insert on the tail gate that has a protruding piece, that I susspect is causing the "snap" . It rotates when you open and close the gate. Not exactly sure how to replace it, or if it's even possible to remove it. Any suggestions? Dutchie
line the tailgate up straight with the notch open to pull it off the truck (the tailgate) then when the tailgates off u have an open end on that little cup and u can pull that piece out and replace it with a new one ive done on my f150
