clearance lights are manditory on vehicles and big rigs 1ton+ and or 80"+ wide. This is for added safety and to warn oncoming drivers of the larger size of the vehicle so they can take added precautions crossing thin bridges or roads, or approaching the vehicle in any manner and so they know that they will get run the eff over if they're not paying attention to all the lights Clearance lights are for big trucks! not rangers Lol
