What Tab said Yes they come with tunes,but for a better performance gain unique to your truck,you can send it in to a company that specializes in custom tuning for a fee.Well worth it if you want to extract the most out of your truck.Again,like tab said,well worth the investment.I saw two ppl on here selling there's for under 300 shipped.Trust me,take advantage of it.You will feel like you have a brand new truck once its installed and going.
idk, i haven't researched any of that stuff, i've looked into tuners before and the only thing i can do with most of them is change the speedo for tires size
i had the evo on mine. worked great. and its easy to keep track of my mpg;s. i sold it, but now im using an older one. with my newly built tranny (able to handle 600hp) its more sluggish..but in 2 months when im boosted i dont think it will matter haha
would be nice to monitor some things in 2 months! like temps and diff rpms and such....should buy one again!
I already have a column guage pod for boost, and ill have m&m make me a console that has 2 guage spots, like right above the radio spot. so thatll have tranny temp and something else..
