man that would be awsome...but you have to remember...i still have to work with this truck...hualing wood and gravel and rock and brush...and mowers and weedeaters and pulling trailors and boats and trucks and...well you get the idea
Firestone W217602410 Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Rear Kit for Toyota Trailer Camper RV something like this, obviously its not ment for your truck but it wouldnt be hard to make it work
thats really not a bad deal man...good lookin out....i was thinking going to the junck yard and getting some springs from a 250 and adding them in and geting some bigger overload springs too...what ya think bout that?
i mean that could work 2, im a fan of air =) plus u could spend 100 more and get 2 cheap valves and a rocker switch =) then u could drain and fill the back when ever u want
i dont have alot of experience with air bags suspension...but i know my leaf and coil spring suspension....its what i'm most comfortable with
ud keep that with this setup, this is just air holding up excess weight so your not overloading that, this is an add on, the bag will take on most he weight like it says those firestones are rated at 5000 max. air systems are not complicated at all really mine is a 5 gallon tank with 1 compressor, there is a pressure switch that kicks on every time the tank hits 165psi and stops pumping at 200 when the tank is full i have 8 valves 4 which let air into the bags and 4 that let air out, and a switch box to controll the 8 valves, thats basically it i mean theres running air lines and cutting stuff to fit if u want it to lay like mine but other wise ud just need a small tank and a compressor for this setup no big deal
