When mine does it it's as I'm letting off the gas in like a parking lot. It doesn't do it after higher speeds, just low speeds.

Mines kinda consistent at 2000 rpm or if I tap the gas real fast to take off its a couple clicks like a couple things are loose or sticking while clicking haha

    Questions no one has asked:

How many miles are on your 07?
    Are you throwing any codes?

And lastly, how the HELL did you crawl under that truck? :poker:

your truck isnt as high as you think it is... lol.

IMHO i think your mileage is too low for your cats to be bad. but i could be wrong as its happened before...

and i think you will throw a code now/then when the cat is bad, since the o2 sensor would be getting a distorted reading, and therefore try to compensate, resulting in a lean/rich code. but again, i could be wrong here too...

I believe my programmer was causing it to run lean or rich (93 tune caused it to run rough) its not the motor cause i crawled all over it and the motor is fairly quiet till you get by the exhaust.

have you tried flashing back to stock to see if it still is making that noise? you could have a slightly rich 93 tune, and when coupled w/ an off timing, you could be dumping some gas through the exhaust, resulting in the noise you hear being collected in the CAT. i'd flash to stock and see if it still occurs.

the fact that you arent getting a code ever just bothers me. i have an exhaust LEAK and i get a code when I am idling in traffic, but never when I am just going around town not in rush hour.
