Think this is true about 37's,3''leveling kit and wheel spacers?

Hey guys, this weekend i met a guy with a 05 single cab 4x4 with a 3'' leveling kit running 37'' toyo m/ts with 1/4'' wheel spacers on factory 18's and he had a slight rubbing at full lock but thats all. i was wondering has anyone else have this set-up cause i would love to see more trucks running this setup cause it looks badass with the fender wells filled up although im sure he could'nt do much off roading cause he would prolly eat his fender up.

Thats all he wrote.I can posibly see it cause of the spacers,but even then,i dont know.Also on stock rims(8'' width if i remember right),tires that big,dangerous.Im already pushing the limit with my 35's on my stock rims.

 

the only way i can see it working is with a 37x12.50r18 and the spacers

 

bc im rubbing on my truck and ive got 6 inches of lift right now
