i like my body lift. keeps your center of gravity low, but gives you lift. I can run 65-70mph on a curved off ramp here in Houston w/ no worries. Plus if you decide to change your mind down the road to go higher, the Blocks/Torsions would be a cheap and easy way to gain it. Thats the route I went for 5.5".
