How do you whether or not your TC is locking in different gears? On the forum where I just bought my programmer this guy said it felt like his TC wasn't locking in 4th gear. How would you know??? Not really familiar with the TC.
you'll see the rpms drop again and may fell like another shift is bout the only way to explain it. Somebody esle may be able to tell you exactly how to tell but to me its like and extra gear kickin in to get the rpms down.
