So i've been trying to convince my GF for chirstmas i need train horns :jester:

I think she might actually be going for it so i was wondering who has them and possibly answer the following questions

    1. Where did you install?
    2. Did you hook them to your actually horn or install another switch
    3. Will 156 decibels be loud??
    4. Is a 2 gallon tank big enough?

    Thanks for the help guys

2gal is fine you can wire to horn but i would just toggle switch it you can mount them just about anywhere they would fit, id say under bed since you should mount the tank there to

that would work to, make sure you get a water trap to if there is humidity there and it gets cold, the water will get in the lines and freeze.... not a big deal for you guys but for me i would be stuck on the ground not able to lift the truck up ahha

I mounted mine on the front of the skid plate and hooked them to my horn circuit. I wish i had more than a 2 gallon tank. At times when i use them i do not get the blast im looking for.I plan to upgrade my horns and get a bigger tank soon.
