Transmission noise- w/ video

    Well trucks ignition module went out at the shop but problem could be a broken motor mount. My driver side one is broken the mechanic said so I got one I got a module on warranty and we are good to go

    That was gonna be my second guess, but wasn't sure.. If you replace 1 engine mount ya need to replace both..

    Try using a brand name one instead of a cheap store brand knockoff

    What year/engine is your truck?

    if your truck has a 5.0, it most likely has a 4r70W/AODE. Post a pick of the trans pan, or better yet give us the trans code off the sticker on the pillar.

    Edit, only made it to page 4, didn't realize the trans had been ID'd.

    the 92+ up 4.9L usually came with an E4OD as well. Ford usually used a heavy duty trans behind the big 6. Stick shift options usually had the ZF-5 instead of the M5OD, and the autos were C6 instead of C4, or E4OD instead of 4r70W depending on year. (there are obviously exceptions, but thats how they usually did it)
