They basically build the tranny when you order it, they aren't already made. Then theres a waiting list of trannys waiting to get built. Thats what takes them forever, and for $295 you get moved to the front of the line!! Lol ill probably just take it to aamco so I can have my truck back, and it'll save me some $$$$ and time. Supposed to be driving my truck right now... well got a phone call after he test drove it and the store gave them the wrong ring gear. Speedo would shoot up to 60-70 when first taking off and immediately jump from first to overdrive. Now they are taking it back apart and reassembling it with the right ring gear.
