Ok I got it off and my 680 chip fall off as soon as I got it off. Now this backing is on here and I'm wondering how to get it off????

I don't want to try to pull it off with a screwdriver and end up braking something or is that how I get it off??

Got it there was a little torq screw in the middle kinda peaking out from under the foam.

To fix it can I maybe throw some electrical tape or a little bit of crazy glue??
