    4197 for the new one, but that includes a bigger trans cooler and trans lines. 2700 for the trans, 250 for the cooler, after fluid and labor 4197.

    I didn't think so. A 6.0 trans cooler is 220 shipped, so 250 for an aftermarket isn't too bad. I'm sure I could have found one cheaper, but this way I have full warranty on parts and labor. Im willing to pay a bit more for that peace of mind ha ha.

    Me too... I was hesitant. If I wasnt planning on keeping this thing forever I probably wouldn't do it. it stings now, but I'm sure ill be happy I did it.

    Brought the truck home today and damn what a difference! It shifts super firm, it's much more efficient with the shifting just locking in.
