so i been up at school since august, runnin around in stop and go traffic, somethin my trucks definitely not used to, and its been acquiring a new squeak or rattle just about every day. i dont have enough money to feed myself much less keep my truck up like i want to, and definitely no extra room for mods. hopefully next semester will be a little easier on the bank lol. she'll have 171k on the odo when i head back after thanksgiving, im really hoping itll last me till i graduate plus a year or two after that.

last weekend as i was pulling out of the driveway on my way back to auburn the oil pressure crashed and lights came on, so i shut it off and walked back to the house and got a quart. poured it all in just for it to still not touch the stick lol. but it got the pressure back goin so i rolled out to the barn and scrounged up 2 quarts of Case IH tractor oil, visc 20w 50 lol. put a bottle and a half in it just to get it back to where it needed to be and threw the rest in the toolbox. it doesnt leak and its only been 4-5k or so since my last change so im assuming it started burning it. changed it out fully today with brand new prestone, but when i pulled the filter off 2 seals fell in the bucket and i couldnt figure out which went with the old filter and which went on the filter seat. so i dunno if its right or not but its not leaking. greased all my ball joints and that eliminated a lot of squeaking. im leaning toward asking the folks for a brake job for christmas to get that section squared away.

my million dollar idea of buying used tires saved me a crap load. i bought em for 130 out the door and put close to 18k miles on them and they still got a little left but im about to have to start looking again. its a wonder one hasnt busted with as much crap as i run over. i busted a full vodka bottle 2 weeks ago in the parkin lot and hit a piece of tin that fell out of the truck in front of me. i was goin 70, the tin was goin probably 65 hahah

anyways enough ranting, i just wanted to stop in and say hey, its been a little bit since i been on consistently :peace:
