yeah i got new bolts, but i think i'm gonna hold off on the moar lift until i can regear and get 37's. i think it'll look awkward with 7" and 35's

Project retro rebuild is gonna happen one of these days. Overall I'm a little disappointed how my retrofit came out. There's run marks in the paint, one projector is mounted crooked making the cutoff line out of wack. With the core support being right behind the headlight I couldn't mount the projector too far back so you can see a good bit of the projector behind the shroud so it looks tacky, I ordered new shrouds that are a half inch deeper so when I remount it should cover a little better. I rushed the retro and I shouldn't have, now my OCD is kicking in and I want to do it perfect.

opened up the projectors to redo them, to my surprise the new shrouds fit on perfectly with no trimming required. that probably saved me an hour or two from dremeling down the inside, waiting for it to get dark to fix the cutoff line and make it pretty.

the Apollo shrouds i had on the right, the new orbit shrouds on the left that are .6" deeper

I thought about doing fogs but damn I'm sick of baking and opening and resealing lights

Nah no LEDs. Don't wana turn all F15dy boys now.

I got them re aimed as close as I possibly could. If they aren't good this time I'm seriously thinking about either starting fresh and doing a mini or just getting a pro to build them. Such a pain in the ass to get it perfect.
