I was actually looking at a retro but if i did I'd wanna do them in the fogs too. You should do fogs too once you get that job!

 

I'm on the fence about it, those fogs were the hardest to open out of all the lights i've opened lol. i haven't seen too many people retro fogs so it'd be hard for sure

 

Really? I thought the fogs were easy to open, but I have round ones. I need a dremel with a little cutoff wheel to fix my matchbox shrouds.

i had to put them back in the oven at least 4 times haha. ford does not want you opening their lights that's for sure

 

^but the ones on ebay you could just about pull em apart out of the box lmao

 

yeah knock off ebay lights are so much easier to pull apart. that's what my headlights are. 8 minutes at 220 and they came apart no problem.

got them all sealed up with the longest ratchet straps ever lol

 

They do look a lot better, I like the black shroud better than the chrome ones

 

yeah me too but honestly if my truck was an xlt with chrome bumpers i would have left the shrouds chrome
