    LED everything
    black FX4 decals on bed

    You say its an FX4, but does it have all the skidplates?
    sliders
    backup lights
    backup camera
    sound system (amp'd speakers/subs)
    you have a column shift right? swap to console shift
    OR
    make a custom console with cupholes, light switches, glowing Ford emblems
    LED interior lightning like the newer F150s in the cupholders/doors/under dash...do it with RGB with a remote to change colors
    traction bars
    thats all I can think of at the top of my head
