Has Anyone found a good cell phone vent mount that works 100% in a round vent like the 2009 F150 has???

    Thanks

That's a bit on the high side, but it appears like it would work. I don't care for vent mounts personally. The one in my Fusion is awesome, but in no way would it work in my truck.

Insert tab A into slot B and........pound it with a hammer!

I've seen a few that work okay, my biggest problem with them is the fact that when you have the AC or heat on its blasting the back of your cellphone. I'm sure that can't be great for it over an extended period of time.

I've seen the one on TV
    Bell + Howell Clever Grip.

They show a brick mounted to it
and the driver is taking a kiss
your hind end right turn but the
    brick stays put. (yeah right).

My luck the vent breaks off,
the phone breaks the window and
    the window breaks the phone.

I picked up the Scosche holder that uses a magnet to hold the phone and case in place. It worked okay on my first trip I took in the car until I hit a fairly decent dip in the road and my phone of course drops to the floorboard. I decided to return it and pick up the Scosche 12v charger/holder combo. Even though I use the USB in my console the extra charging port and USB on the holder comes in handy. And it holds an iPhone 6 Plus in a case as well with no problem. I'm not a 100% certain it would work in my truck, but it works great in the Fusion due in part by the way the center console is designed.
