    ^do this. then buy my lightning internals/ SCT X3...or 2, then get cams and plugs and ull have a very strong BA set up. I also have a 90MM MAF to go with it, bigger than the 72 that comes with the kit.

    im pretty sure lightning doesnt have any special internals, all 5.4s came with forged cranks and pistons and cast rods. u should put the supercharger on corral.net or lightning rodder

    After 01 it was basically a crap shoot whether the crank was cast or forged in the 5.4L N/A engines

    99% of guys on Lrodder dont want this. they have eatons from the factory so id be useless there. and these came from a guy who was going back to stock...so he was selling some slightly modded stuff..
